Yes, all our counselling services maintain strict confidentiality standards. Your privacy and information are protected in accordance with professional standards.
While some services require NDIS eligibility, we also offer community support services and counselling that are accessible to all members of the community.
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA): SDA refers to the housing itself - specially built homes for people with very high support needs. It covers: accessible design, safety features, wheelchair-friendly spaces, environmental controls technology. SDA funds the building - not the support staff. Supported Independent Living (SIL): SIL is the support inside the home, including: personal care, cooking, cleaning, medication prompts, community access, overnight support. SIL funds support workers, not housing.
We welcome all feedback. You can contact us directly, fill out the form on our website, or email us in confidence. If your concern isn't resolved, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission for independent support.
